I just watched a very emotional movie about Germany in 1944. It told the story of a girl who had an African American father and a German mother. The movie told the hardships she faced and how she overcame them. This movie is educating people on a time in history that we all know but it was never quite told in this way before. She then mets a German solider and falls in love with him. In the movie the daughter's life mirrors her mother's life very much.
